Company Registration No. 03796007 | VAT Registration No. GB 304 3644 87. When you (the person named on the order) place an order with us, we will do business with you under the following terms.

Prices

We offer goods directly to the general public for sale through:
Our website www.pendockdirect.co.uk
Our prices are as detailed on our retail website and we reserve the right to change prices at any time

VAT

The prices we quote always include VAT at the relevant rate.

Payment

We offer all our goods on a payment-with-order basis. This means you must pay us when you place the order. We can take payment by most credit cards and debit cards. This must be done at the time of placing the order via the website.

Sending you the goods

We will normally despatch your goods within three working days from receipt of your order and payment. The goods become your property as soon as we send them out.

Delivery

We will deliver your order to any address in the UK. For standard delivery, we use a range of national carriers and in most cases, you will receive your goods within three working days. If you live in a remote part of the UK, your delivery may take a little longer. For some of the more remote areas, such as the Highlands of Scotland, delivery can take several days.

Receiving orders

Unless we have your written authorisation, we will always need an authorised signature when delivering goods to you.

Availability

We always aim to maintain stock levels to meet anticipated order levels. However, if we experience unexpectedly high demand, we may unfortunately need to delay sending out your order for up to 7 days while we replenish our stock. We will use the information you have given with your order to keep you informed of progress. You may contact us at any time to check on the status of your order.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so any time prior to its despatch. If you wish to cancel the order, you should do so by email and we will confirm to you, if we have been able to do this.

30-day return & refund

To receive a full refund, you will need to return the unused products, at your cost, so that they arrive with us within 30 days of the purchase date, and in the original packaging. There is no need to provide a reason for the return, although they must arrive with us undamaged.

12-month guarantee

If any of the goods we supply fail to perform satisfactorily due to faulty materials or workmanship, you may contact us for a refund or to arrange replacement (if we decide) at any time in the first 12 months. All we ask is that you explain what the problem is and give us details of the purchase.  Our guarantee is aimed at giving you extra peace of mind.

Our mistakes

We are constantly updating our products, prices and offers. We are confident of our technology and staff, but we realise that sometimes mistakes can be made. If we offer goods for sale incorrectly, we will always try to honour our offer, although there may be rare circumstances where this is not possible. In these cases, we will contact you and explain the situation. If we cannot resolve the matter fairly with you, we can refuse your order and refund any payment you have made.

Unexpected circumstances

If events such as strikes, war, acts of terrorism or other situations, such as power cuts or government health and safety interventions interfere with our business, we will endeavour to do our best honour our commitments. However, we cannot be held legally responsible for any failure resulting from these unexpected circumstances or any situation that is outside our control.

Legal responsibility

Nothing in these terms of business should affect your legal rights or limit our legal responsibility for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence, or any other liability which we cannot limit or exclude by law. (This includes our legal responsibility under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987.) We will not compensate for delivery delays or failures that are outside our control. In these circumstances, we will limit what we pay you to a refund of the delivery charges you have paid. We will not be legally responsible to you for any losses which both we and you could not expect at the time you purchased the goods. If you are a trade customer, we will not be legally responsible to you for any business losses.

Law

These terms of business will be governed by English law. Any disputes will be dealt with by the English courts.
